@PulleyFam,
Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you contacting us about your Onn Roku TV being stuck in headphone mode. We're happy to help.
- Have you been using the private listening feature lately?
- Have you been using private listening through your remote control, directly from the TV, or from the Roku mobile app?
- When was the last time you used it?
- When was the last time you had volume working as desired?
Troubleshooting:
1. First, check the volume level of the TV. The volume may be low, or the TV may be put on mute. The buttons on the side of the remote control will be the best way to perform this check. (There will be a headphones icon displayed next to the volume level when prompted if the volume level is changed. This means that the audio is meant to be coming out from a connected device)
2. If your Onn Roku TV has aheadphone jack in the back of the TV. You can make sure no cables are connected and that there is nothing disturbing the headphone jack.
3. If the issue persists, go to the TV’s audio settings to change the mode.
-Go to Home on your Roku device
-Navigate to Settings
-Scroll to Audio
-Select Audio Mode
-Confirm that the mode is now set to Auto
4. If switching the Audio mode still does not work for the TV, connect a smartphone to your Roku TV through the Roku mobile app (if you don’t already have it).
-Once in the Roku mobile app
-Try switching the volume level from the mobile remote.
-Make sure the Private listening feature is off (you can try turning it off and on, then back off).
