Screen turns on (TCL logo), then off.
Has power and sound, just no screen.
Tried trouble shooting:
1. Unplug and replug didn't work.
2. Power cycle didn't work.
3. Factory reset done but didn't work.
4. Screen brightness set to brightest, didn't work.
Edit: accessed the menu with the visually impaired assistance. Connected to internet via LAM, but would not let me do software update because require sign in, and could not sign in with email because can't see on screen keyboard.
