TCL tv over heating how do i fix the problem? How do i cool it down

 

My is my 75 inch TCL tv overheating I checked the temp and it's at 115C how do I cool ot down to fix the issue?

In this case, we suggest contacting your TV manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
