I am having the same issue. The volume is not consistent. A program may be playing with an acceptance volume. But when a commercial comes on, you can barely hear it. There is this constant “back and forth” with the volume. I’ve tried different audio options (leveling on/off; dialogue; speech clarity, etc), but the problem still is there. Is this a software issue? (Roku…..please investigate this issue).

In the meantime, we recommend performing a system restart to see if it resolves the issue. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if you're still experiencing the issue.

Please advise how to fix the volume on my stream bar so music and dialogue are the same volume. When music plays in a program currently the sound level drops so low you cannot hear or understand anything. When dialogue returns the volume goes back to normal. This is not acceptable.
