No sound on only 1 channel on monitor using a Roku device

I turned the monitor on to watch tv on TBS and had a woman speaking in background giving description.  I attempted to turn her off got frustrated and could not do it.  Turned off tv.  Next day tried again but now had no sound at all on this 1 channel.  Rest of the channels have sound.  What buttons did I hit to make this happen?  Went through the audio settings but everything is turned on.  Help!

To restore sound to this channel, you can try the following steps:

  • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  • Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  • Reinstall the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
