We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue of your Roku Streambar. To further investigate this issue please provide us with the following :

  • Roku device serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings System About)
  • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

Also our Roku is just a little over 1yr old has been working and we just bought a new Samsung Smart TV just over 2wks ago and was working fine till last week.

I’ve done all of those already and it did not resolve. I have 3 Roku’s and only the streambar is having this issue  

im not going to connect to a hotspot, it’s not an internet issue

Tried mine twice earlier this morning, was not working just tried it and it seems to be working for now. Will see if it last. 19 jan 2025 0745 pst Thanks

I also have the Streambar and this has happened to me twice in the past week. I have tried every suggestion on this thread to no avail. The first time it fixed itself overnight but now it’s broken again. It was working just an hour ago.
