Spinning wheel (buffer) while trying to use USB media to display an image

I'm having issues with some TVs I use in my restaurant that are constantly buffering a still image I have setup on a flash drive or they will display the file name of the image as well as the resolution of it. Sometimes the TVs will go to sleep in the middle of business hours. They are 4 TVs in parallel but only the outer 2 TVs are having issues while the inner 2 have never had this problem. I have 4 separate SanDisk flash drives each containing an image of a section of my menu. All 4 TVs are also up-to-date on their software. The model of the TVs are E2AA40R. Could this be related to the image file on the flash drives themselves causing a compatibility issue? Maybe a difference in image resolution that isn't compatible?
