Sling app audio issue on Roku Stream bar
I have this exact same issue and have had it for months. I had the issue with a Roku Ultra, only happens with Sling app. I reset it, I reinstalled the app, restarted again, but the problem kept coming back. So I replaced the soundbar and the Ultra with a Roku Stream bar, but the issue has persisted. Any help is appreciated.

If the issue is isolated to a specific channel. This could be an indication that the issue is dependent on that particular channel. Keep in mind that most Roku channels are managed and maintained directly by the channel provider.
