We're having the same problem with our Streambar. Never had it with the regular Roku. Sound not great -- seems "off." Disappointed in system.

Hello all. New here and trying to find a solution to above:
1, Small Streambar keeps crashing on all apps. Signal strength is excellent.
2, Goes through the restart process and then connectivity last 3 to 7 minutes before crashing again. Happens with all apps.
3. System works fine until June 13.
4. Fix attempts - reset x 2, unplugged devices and restarted router x 3. I think I have tried all the solutions from community, but no luck.
5. Streambar is maybe 5 years old but used only 200 days a year.

Have you tried plugging the Roku device to another power outlet to see if that helps? Can you please provide us with a tracker ID when this occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID).

Thanks for taking the time to address the issue. After doing 10 resets, moving the soundbar to different location with different TVs, restarting and updating I concluded there is an issue in the video aspect of the soundbar, as the audio works.
I would start the system then after 1 to 3 minutes the picture would first lose sound, then freeze, then crash, then restart. Pressing the home button 5x, then back button 5 x had no impact.
I did purchase a replacement soundbar, hooked to up and problem is resolved. If Roku is interested in the old soundbar I kept all the packing material just send me the RMA.
