Hi @Rwalker90 @Carlo008,
Thanks for posting to the Roku Community!
We're happy to help with your problem with Roku TV. Please provide us with more details so we can further assist you. How are you powering your Roku TV? Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is it only isolated to one content or channel? Is there a timeframe for when and how long it usually blinks on and off?
With detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Best regards,
Eunice
Hi,
Once you open the tv only the sharp roku tv label is coming out on screen then it's gonna go off. After 10 to 15 second it will do the same thing and the back light of the tv is not bright at all.
Hi @Carlo008,
Thank you for this post!
We appreciate this detailed information.
To fix this issue, please perform a hard reset. Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. It could be a pinhole if you do not see the reset button. In this case, kindly look for a pin or stick to insert in the hole. Press and hold until the TV is completely shut off. It should power on after a few seconds. Note that since you will be performing a factory reset on your device, you will be required to re-activate the device as though it were a new unit.
If the issue persists after performing this troubleshooting step, we advise you to contact Sharp manufacturer support for more help. This may be a sign of an internal issue.
Best regards,
Janadee
