We have multiple Roku devices, they are all connected on same network and every thing. When I want to use the Roku remote app on my Roku tv, sometimes it connects instantly, other times it take 10 minutes of constant restarting in an attempt to connect the app to the Roku tv, but when I use the Roku ultra which is not a Roku tv, it connects instantly every time. It’s always just the Roku tv that can never connect to the app. I’m right next to the tv and always clicking connect to it but just takes so long. Why can the Roku app connect the the Roku ultra so easily but not the Roku tv?

Re: Roku tv has trouble connecting to app
Already tried this twice. Still doesn’t work. I have tried everything but a antenna.
