@RokuArjiemar Don't worry? It's not a matter of being worried. It's about being able to use a product I paid for. We're not asking for something extraordinary, we just want the Roku speakers to work as advertised.
Just posting that I DM'd my Tracker ID etc. as requested a few months ago. I didn't get any sort of fix confirmation, but I have not experienced in the issue recently, so it seems whatever software issue was causing my particular pops was fixed.
Just started happening. On all channels. Tried off and on again. Tried reset. Nothing is fixing it.

Me too. Snap crackling and popping. I think it’s particularly bad during high quality surround sound. I just watched (tried) the bear part III and it has a lot of music in the episode. Roku please fix this or we are all just going to buy new stuff and literally had your products. And STOP being polite while you are telling us you have no update and no known time to expect an update. Fix your product or lose customers.
