Did you get an answer on this? I have the same setup and am having the same exact issue. It’s only a problem with the two back speakers. I’ve factory reset and everything suggested but nothing works.

@Jbsmooth09 No fix yet. Still waiting.
Hello,
Information requested is listed below. I have a few devices:
My issue is specifically with crackling and popping on the left and right rear channels. I have factory reset all of the devices and have even tried switching the front devices with the rear ones, but the same issue occurs no matter what device is connected in the rear channels.
Tracker Issue ID # GP-061-515. It happens whenever I'm playing any kind of media (Playstation, Netflix) and happens intermittently.
Thank you for reaching back to us and providing further information!
We'll take it from here and forward it on to the right Roku team for further assistance.
I'll make sure to flag you with in this thread for an update.
Thanks,
Rey
Same here, tried everything possible but to no avail

Any updates? This wait really is unexceptable. Roku speakers arent cheap.
Same exact thing is happening to me, I’ve had Roku speakers for all my devices and have recommended to all my family members and they too have bought them. Recently I bought a subwoofer and a sound bar pro and it all went downhill from there. My rear speakers are making a loud popping noise. I’m so disappointed because I have NEVER had an issue with Roku speakers in all the years I have purchased them. Thinking of selling and switching to a different brand.
