Roku channel guide only displaying ota channel numbers. guide information is ok .TCL 65" Roku TV Problem just started recently . I've done a soft reset and also a unplug reset .

Software 12.5.0 build 1472-CG Hardware ID g138x  Every thing is there and working except the channel numbers above the OTA #'S 2.1-50-4

No worries, we'll continue to investigate this issue. For other details, may we know when you started seeing this issue? Was this prior to the software update build 12.5 or after the OS update?

Not sure when the update happened , the problem started within the last week or so. Never had this issue before. Thanks

We understand you're having a problem with the channel guide on the Roku channel. We're happy to assist you. Please try to restart your Roku by going to settings, system, power, and system restart.

If the problem still persists, please keep us posted.

I did the software settings, system, power, and system restart with no success . I also did a hard reset by disconnecting the power cord with the same results. The OTA channel #'s display normally , it's just the internet based channels that are missing their #'s !

Would you mind sending us a photo of the missing numbers on your TV guide for reference? Also, provide us with your device's information by going into Settings > System > About.
