Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
I agree with you but I think the issue is they get more revenue from selling advertising than they do from customer satisfaction and are not likely to fix it. Most people just live with it rather than complain...

I suspect you are right. But if they start losing sales, it won't help their bottom line.

Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
Antenna TV is not an option on my Roku television. I only get Live TV option. Under Live TV option is scan channels which it does and finds many channels. I can watch these channels as long as I never leave the antenna menu. However there is no way to get to antenna channels except to rescan every time you want to watch over the air TV. Thats the problem, Roku treats Live TV as Streaming TV. Antenna TV is not selectable to Live TV.

Factory reset worked for me. Now that I get antenna/air channels I may reconnect the internet later. Thanks CMike
Have my laptop on HDMI to stream everything else pre -Roku just like I used to before I got this TV.
A lot of time wasted today

Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
Just know if you connect the TV back to the internet you will get the zillion streaming channels back just like before. Maybe someday they'll update the OS to make easier to get to the over the air stations while connected to the internet but it's not there yet.

Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
Hi! I’m running into this same problem. I’ve Connected the antenna to the ant/cable port. Went to TV input selected live TV as that is the only other option other than HDMI and my Xfinity cable option. Selected antenna opposed to antenna and cable or cable only options scanned for channels indicated that it found 72 channels. Went to live TV and none of local channels / programming were display.
I tested the antenna on another TV in my house that is not a Roku TV and it works fine.
please advise on how to find the local channels on my TCL Roku TV.

Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
Did you connect the TV to the internet? If so you need to factory reset the TV and start over and do NOT connect to the internet. It should scan for local channels without internet.

Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
Hi, I ran into it again ( or spouse did ) after you scan for channels mark the ones you want as favourites, then when using live tv select favourites (on the left) and they come up. Better than resetting the whole tv. Until you have to.

Re: Roku TV not showing antennae channels in live TV
What helped me was rescanning then marking the channels as favourites.

Hi Community users,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know about your trouble with the OTA channels on your Roku TV. We'd be more than happy to investigate further.
In this case, we recommend navigating to Home > Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Manage Channels > Manage all Channels > (Checked Hide Streaming Channels). To see if it helps to resolve the issue.
Please keep us posted on what you find out, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel
