Thanks for the first post to the Roku Community, @1Brianna!
We understand you are having trouble with your TV stuck in recovery mode and are happy to investigate further.
For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend performing a factory reset on your Roku TV. The reset button is on the back or bottom of the TV. It may be a tactile button or a pinhole design requiring a straightened paperclip for access.
Once you locate the Reset button and your Roku TV is powered on, press and hold the button firmly for about 10 seconds. When the factory reset is complete, an indicator light or status LED will blink rapidly on most Roku devices.
Important: Do not hold the reset button for longer than 10 seconds.
Please note that performing this step will erase all data on your Roku TV, and you will need to reactivate the TV. This includes re-authenticating any apps that require your credentials.
For detailed instructions, refer to the official Roku Support article: How to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device | Official Roku Support.
If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the following information so we can include your device in the process of investigation:
We look forward to your response and hope this information helps resolve the issue. Please let us know how it goes.
All the best,
Chel
