I’ve done all of this. It is still stuck. How can I fix this if I’ve done all of it? I’ve had this tv for a year.

We appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have taken so far. We want to gather more details regarding your issue with the Roku TV since it was stuck in recovery mode. Can you please provide the following information below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- A photo or screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
