My tv got Hacked somehow and when I use my mobile app remote it’s saying “your hacked”

It’s saying it on my tv to someone please help!

Can you post some pictures?  Have you tried unplugging the power briefly?

It's possible your account was hacked and the TV was put in Guest mode. If you can access your account online, you can go to your account settings, and on the bottom are your devices. From there, you can enable/disable guest mode.

But, before that, change your password!

Change your passwords on your Roku account, set up a pin, disable guest mode, maybe even change your other passwords on other accounts and check your credit card/bank card for suspicious transactions, especially if you have a card linked to your Roku account.
