Ok it just happened again, while in Apple TV channel. Sound got crackly then when out.

Sound issues as well. Crackly audio, terrible music quality and the cords have been checked no issues with them.

I am having the same audio issues on all channels.
I've been a ROKU fan for years, but because of all these issues, I'm slowly moving away from ROKU, and reading all these posts I'm glad I've started moving away. And yes, ROKU customer service has a lot to be desired!!
