When ever goin to a black screen, dark screening, no matter the input hdmi, mirroring, antenna etc theres visible red blue purple horizontal lines on screen sometimes red dots. They seem to go thru a ssequence of colors and position. So far ive master and factory reset 50 times. Bought all bramd new 4k gold best if best cables same issue and getting nowhere with hisense in a 58 roku tv thats 5 months old.  Anyone have a fix? Hack? Cheat etc ir shall i jist toss this **bleep**ty tv and buy a new one. Feel like hisense robbed me i know that.  Cant get a human nothing but chat ai ridiculous instructions.
