ROKU TV (SEE PICTURES) turns on but black screen, sound working, HELP

Screen turns on after unplugging and shows Roku symbol, less than a second of on time and black slowly creeps outward until the entire screen is black within 10 seconds. See pictures.

light also seems to blink red after reset.

I have unplugged the power and all accessories, no luck.

I have used the reset pin hole and held for 30s, no luck.

I have unplugged the tv and help the manual power button for 1 min and plugged back in, no luck.

Thank you to anyone who offers insight!

Based on the photo sent in this thread, it looks like a hardware issue. We recommend contacting the TV manufacturer to report the problem and get help.

Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for its Roku OS products.

The same thing is happening to me right now 😩 this must be a glitch with the tv or something.. so frustrating

  • My 65in ONN  tv just did the same thing tonight when I turned it on I've never had a problem with it until now. My husband bought it for me as a bday gift September 24th 2023. It's now 1 yr and 1 .5 months and can't use it. Is this a common problem  with these tvs?

I wonder who the actual manufacturer is? Just because it says Philips or ONN, they may both be made in the same factory.
