Screen turns on after unplugging and shows Roku symbol, less than a second of on time and black slowly creeps outward until the entire screen is black within 10 seconds. See pictures.
light also seems to blink red after reset.
I have unplugged the power and all accessories, no luck.
I have used the reset pin hole and held for 30s, no luck.
I have unplugged the tv and help the manual power button for 1 min and plugged back in, no luck.
Thank you to anyone who offers insight!

I wonder who the actual manufacturer is? Just because it says Philips or ONN, they may both be made in the same factory.
That link to contact support does not work. It keeps telling me access denied kind of message. I need the manufacturer’s info to contact.
I am having the same issue but only on SOME channels. For instance, I can watch the Holiday Baking Championship episodes but not Midsomer Murders, Dateline, 48 Hours or A Crime to Remember. Black screens but audio.

I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve been researching the solution for weeks now and unfortunately NOTHING. The most glimmer is apparently it’ll randomly return to normal. However it will continue to have these random blackouts periodically.
