Playstation and Nintendo suddenly have No Signal on Roku TV

We've tried different cords, bought a new HDMI, updated the TV, factory rest the TV. Nothing is working to get the consoles connected again.

Re: Playstation and Nintendo suddenly have No Signal on Roku TV

Welcome, and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, @AlexisB96!

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to help you determine the cause and find you the best resolution possible so you can continue using your Playstation and Nintendo.

Kindly provide us with additional information such as follows:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Error messages (if there are any)

Once we have this information, we'll be able to coordinate this with the appropriate team for investigation.

We'll be looking forward to your response!

Best regards,
Carly
