Hey guys, unsure if anyone has had this problem. Found a few solutions that weren’t completely similar.
The only apps on our (approx) 32 inch Onn Roku TV, 2020, that will load are Apple Music, Netflix and Prime Video. Others, like YouTube, show a black screen for a half second before going back to the main menu when you attempt to open them. I have attempted updating the system (it was already up to date), turning the device off completely and back on, and then deleting and reinstalling the afflicted apps to no avail. We don’t have a physical remote anymore so wanted to see if there were any solutions before I ordered one and attempted a hard reset. Thanks in advance!
