Black Screen when turning on Roku TV

When we turn on our Roku TV, all we get is a black screen. We have tried the below except factory reset since we can't get to it

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

Check the Basics:

Power Supply: Ensure the TV is plugged in securely and the power outlet is working.

Cable Connections: Verify that all cables (power, HDMI, etc.) are firmly connected to both the TV and your source device (e.g., cable box, game console).

Input Source: Make sure your TV is set to the correct input source (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2, AV).

Wake Up Mode:

Some TVs have a "wake up" mode. Press any button on the TV remote or the TV itself to wake it up.

HDMI-CEC:

Ensure HDMI-CEC is enabled on your TV. This feature allows devices connected to the TV to control each other. Check your TV's settings for the HDMI-CEC option and enable it.

Restart Your TV:

Turn off your TV, wait a few moments, then turn it back on.

Or, unplug the TV from the power source, wait 10-15 seconds, then plug it back in.

Factory Reset:

As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset. Please note that this will erase all settings and data on your TV. Refer to your TV's user manual for specific instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

Do you hear hear the normal navigation sounds when you press buttons on your remote?  Can you see any picture at all if you shine a bright light on the TV?
