In the last week or so I have noticed that my TV has no sound when navigating in the TV's menus. There is normal audio everywhere else, so it doesn't seem like there is anything wrong with the TV itself. When watching TV in any of the streaming service apps like Hulu, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, etc, the sound works.
I have already done a bit of trouble shooting with the TV to see if I can ID the cause of the issue. I have checked the TV's menu audio setting and the menu volume is set to high. I turned the TV off, waited a few minutes, then turned the TV back on. That didn't fix it so I tried resetting the TV and that only partially worked.
I initially tried a simple audio/video reset without erasing the TV's settings. That had no effect on the issue at all. I next did a full on factory reset, erasing all settings and restoring the TV back to it's factory settings. That fixed the problem, but only temporarily. There was audio in the menus at first, but once the TV fully updated to the latest version of it's OS, the audio in the menus vanished again.
It feels like this issue is being caused by a bug in the latest version of the Roku OS.

The only devices I have connected to my TV are a Nintendo Switch console, a few older generation game consoles, and an old fashioned DVD Player. The Nintendo Switch is usually in sleep mode, while the older game consoles and DVD Player are often powered down and off.
The TV is a Hisense brand TV, model 6Series-43 and the Roku OS version is version 14.1.

I’m also experiencing this bug/glitch, where the menu of my Roku TV loses the sound when browsing. Restarting the TV only helps for a short time.
This is my first Roku TV, bought not even a month ago. The Hisense brand.
