I just bought the TV and it's stuck in MTC FACTORY MODE I  can't even get it to do anything I have tried unplugging and resetting it

We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. We recommend starting here to troubleshoot with Recovery Mode on our Support page: How to use Recovery Mode on your Roku TV.

Also, we suggest connecting your Roku device to an alternative wireless network connection, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are still experiencing the same issue.

I just had the same issue but I did find out if you press the information button when it says MTC factory and then you go down to the bottom second from the bottom and then you press that and then you go in and then think four or five down you press that and the whole screen turns green and then everything freezes then unplug it plug it back in and everything started working good luck
