My Tv is just turning on and off

Whenever I try to turn on my Tv it keeps showing the 'Roku Tv' screen then the red light blinks which is then followed by the Tv being turned off

Who made it and is it still under warranty?  You can try unplugging it for a while and when that doesn't work, try a factory reset or recovery mode.

Who made it and is it still under warranty?  You can try unplugging it for a while and when that doesn't work, try a factory reset or recovery mode.
