Jump to solution

Hello, I have a 2019 Roku Hisense device, and well, the display is inverted. Settings menu does not have a HV option.

How can I fix this, please?

@UngaMan,

We appreciate you posting in the Roku Community!

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue with your Hisense Roku TV, specifically the inverted display on your screen. We understand how important it is for your TV to function properly, and we're here to help you resolve this problem.

Check the TV settings. A setting that has been turned on may be causing the screen to be inverted.

If you're having trouble finding the TV settings, try power cycling the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can perform a factory reset on your TV, but be aware that this will erase all your personalized settings.

For detailed information, please refer to the guide on how to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

Thanks again for reaching out. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Cheers,
Arjiemar
