ROKU TV suddenly won't connect to BritBox app. BritBox is 90% of my TV viewing. ITVX app is not available to my area. I've been ROKU customer nearly ten years. This service failure must be corrected immediately.

We understand you are having a problem with the BritBox channel on your Roku TCL TV. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting Check for updates.
