Solving playback issues

I have tried everything listed, logging out, re-downloading Hulu. My Roku sticks have live TV, and my phone app has it. I am trying to access it through the hulu dedicated channel app on my ONN Roku tv. OS 14. I set the account up through the website. Please help.

We understand you are having a problem with the Hulu channel on your Roku Onn TV. Help is here. Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Software update.
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates.
