My Hisense ROKU continues to crash and restart itself. This happens in different apps and is happening consistently now. I have factory reset, cleared the cache, unplugged the tv from the wall and soft reset. Nothing is working.

Re: Hisense Roku Crashes and Restarts constantly
I also have the same issue and it is so frustrating. I have factory reset, changed hdmi cords, powered off and unplugged, internet connection is excellent, turned off cec and any timers, bandwith savers and power savers etc. I am at my wits end. All software updates are up to date as well. Has anyone actually solved this issue? I am not sure there is anything else left to try. Please help!
It could work for 4 hours or it could work for only 10 seconds. Sometimes every 1 minute and then not again for a few hours. What the heck!

Re: Hisense Roku Crashes and Restarts constantly
I have the exact same problem with my TV & got the same answers from Hisense and Roku, with each blaming the other. I have this nice 58" TV sitting in a box now. Ended up spending DAYS trying to fix it, hours on the phone & after a very PO'ed wife, I bought a Vizio 55" to replace it. Hisense boxed. Is there ANYONE out there that can guide me to a download of the entire ROKU OS for install?? Already tried the USB route with update.roku file. TV is currently 'junk' now but would really like to use rather than throw away. We'll install the Vizio in the bedroom. HELP plz!!!
