HELP my Hisense Roku won’t stop rebooting

I go to turn on my TV and it will go to the Hisense Roku blue screen and then turn black, and it happens again and again. It won’t load the Home Screen and we’ve tried holding the reset button down, changing outlets and nothing is working! #rokusupport

If you're having trouble with a Roku TV made by a Roku partner, start by contacting the maker. Each television manufacturer offers direct assistance for its models. You can contact them via Hisense customer service.

Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you've encountered with your Hisense Roku TV, which keeps rebooting, and for the steps you took to resolve it.

May we know;

  • When did you start experiencing this issue?
  • Did your TV recently receive any software update that might have triggered this issue before this happened? If so, share the software version you are currently running under Settings > System > About.
  • How often does your TV reboot? 
  • Is this happening on a specific channel? If so, kindly specify which channel.

Please note that one possible reason your Roku TV constantly reboots is a problem with the power adapter, cord, or power outlet. Ensure that everything is correctly connected to the back of the TV.

If you have any information about your device, please provide us with these details so we can send them to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation as follows:

  • Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).

Please keep us posted with the details.

This is happening to me as well. I’ve tried all the suggested tips & tricks. How’s it rebooting every 3 minutes

@Nursemcadamss You might want to reach out to the TV manufacturer's customer support, Hisense, and see if they can provide some technical assistance.
