I found the small reset button on the back of my TCL Roku TV. Held for only 10 seconds to do a factory reset. Set up again with WiFi connection, account log in, app downloads, etc. When I put it into Guest Mode again it didn’t have any more issues. Fingers crossed…

will not reset. Can’t get the tracking #
When I try to reset it the tv turns off and begins the guest mode shutdown cycle over and over, i don't have the money to buy a new tv nor does my parents. This was given to me by my dad and it kept telling me it will auto sign out but when it did it messed my entire tv up. Please, get this solved.
I don't live near my airbnb & this is happening on all 4 tv's. Doing factory resets isn't an option. If you can push an update out, you can push a fix out.
This isn't an answer. Push out a fix!
Hi, we have 2 Roku tvs in our holiday let. Which we use the guest mode on for anyone that stays. However one of these tvs is stuck in a continuous loop. It comes on and goes straight into the guest mode menu, then after a few seconds it says signing out of guest mode and restarts. Then the same happens again. I have tried unplugging and using the reset button underneath but still ends up the same?
I am having the same issue.
There are multiple threads about this issue. They're easy to find, so you might get more information reading one, but I believe the solution, as it were, is to take the TV out of Guest Mode using the app or the account at https://my.roku.com and then factory reset the TV. Since I've never seen this issue myself, I'm only going from memory after perusing those threads with little actual interest.
I was keeping the reset pressed until the Recovery Mode came up. Press the reset for 10 to 15 seconds. Factory reset then came up.
Thank you for raising awareness of this! We had the same issue, 60+ tvs all crashing.
We've resorted to resetting EACH TV (holding reset button for 10 seconds) which has been a massive pain.
Add to that the 20 device limit per account and sparse centralized management, why Roku is so blind to it's hotel/STR power users?
