I have a gray bar going across the bottom third of the TV screen. It has a caution symbol, wanting me to plug the USB into the power outlet. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I have already tried hard and soft resets. I have done updates.

We appreciate you for providing a photo of your TV screen showing the error. We would like to take a closer look into the issue.
Could you please tell us if there's an external device connected to your Roku TV? In the meantime, we suggest you restart your Roku TV by following the steps below:
- Remove the power cord of your Roku TV for at least 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
- Otherwise, you can restart the system by pressing Home on your Roku remote > Scroll and select Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
Please let us know if these troubleshooting steps help you to resolve your concern. We look forward to your response.
