Roku 55-Inch Plus Series 4K QLED Smart Roku TV 'blank' screen with sound

Roku 55-Inch Plus Series 4K QLED Smart Roku TV all of a sudden had 'black' screen but with sound.  Tried different remotes, plugged TV into another power outlet, no luck.  Held down reset button for 10 seconds, still no luck.  Shined flashlight on screen and I do see the setup screen, but there is no way for me to brighten the screen.  TV only a few months old and is primary TV for my bed bound mom so this is a real problem to have happen.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like the backlight might be out.  I suggest contacting customer support for warranty service/technical support.  If it is a Roku brand, go to the Roku customer support page and scroll down to agent support.  

If another brand, you would need to contact that manufacturer (Onn, Hisense, TCL, etc...)
