Before proceeding, kindly provide us with additional information such as follows:
- A photo of what is being prompted on your TV.
- Did your TV recently receive any software updates that might trigger this from happening?
- How often do the codes are being prompted?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
Once we have this information, we'll be able to assess your concern better and help you fix this.
