I was having a problem as well with my TV guide on my Roku tv for a while now. I changed my tv zip code and did an update on the Roku TV System and it seems to have fixed my issues.
FIXED! I have been struggling with this for almost 2 months now (OS11 4493). I FINALLY have a correct TV guide listing for TV antenna. Yippie!
I've tried literally EVERYTHING suggested, to no avail. But here's what I did this morning. I rebooted, changed zip code, restarted, blah blah blah... Everything...
Nothing worked.
THEN, while rescanning for channels, while I would normally cancel the CABLE part of the scan (since I'm Antenna only.) This time, I let it run all the way thru Antenna AND Cable. I restarted the TV (through settings and power), and... WHAT?!!!?
It was fixed! All channels were perfect. I hope this helps someone else too.
I have the same problem but as far as I can tell it’s only with the channel 4 #s. You shouldn’t have to do this but if you get the TV guide app and set it up for your location. It will give you correct programming. I only know this because this is what I used before the Roku tv
You did read that I had resolved this right?
I have the TCL 43 w/Roku. It wasn't isolated to the #4 channels; it was all of them. Anyway, it's fixed.
Thanks for your input 😀
Channel guide has not worked for 2 months - have the latest software. Scanned and rebooted numerous time. Time zone and zip code are correct. Help- is it time to get a new non Roku TV?
I am still seeing the same issue that I posted about 3 weeks ago. I have tired the various recommendations in this discussion and none of them have worked.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for continuing to share what you're observing.
Our team has continued investigating the issue and is hoping to have a further resolution soon. We'll get back to you once we have an update available I'll be sure to let the Community know.
We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Best regards,
Mary
As I posted above, it was the most simple thing that fixed it for me. This time, I changed the zipcode to something else (12345), THEN back to my original zip, rebooted, and then rescanned again. Since I don't have cable (just OTA), I always hit "SKIP" after the OTA scanning. THIS TIME, HOWEVER, I let it scan all the way through cable too, then rebooted.
Worked for me! Good Luck!
