I have the Element 75" Roku TV as well and have only had the device for about a year and half.
Unfortunately it recently started blacking out. TV would power on but entire screen would be black.
What is going on with these TV devices, why don't they last?

How do we fix the issue?
Hi Kariza,
If the screen is blacked out while powered on, then the steps you provided cannot viewed or seen on screen to incorporate the factory reset.
Is there another way?
