Black screen but the tv is on

My screen made this weird like black block on the side and then for some reason turned my screen completely off my screen is on like I can turn it on the TV and everything like that but I can't see anything or anything like that

We appreciate you for reaching us here regarding this matter. We'd love to assist you with this.

Does this happen when you're trying to stream a specific channel? Whenever this issue occurs, are you still hearing audio on your TV? If so, we suggest you unplug your TV for 5-10 minutes then plug it back in.

We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
