TV was bought in March and it's been a pain, Three Issues
1 - The colour being distorted randomly where the tv must be restarted for it too work
2 - Wireless connection drops, do note no other hardware (mobiles, laptops) drop connection in the house and the TV is literally next to the router - resolved by doing a hard connection straight to the router but still found it off wireless dropps
3 - Apps (Most important) as the wifes favourite channels are not working
Netflix, which funny enough has it's own button on the remote doesn't work just fails to boot up. Has been deleted and added again but fails to even load
YouTube, same as above
ItvX which was working has now stopped working where I've removed the channel and then attempted to download it. "Attempted" being the key word as apparently theres no space to add the channel which was already there before I removed it
Please note i had factory reset it multiple times before I got fed up of redoing usernames and password, a work around was established however itvX is now down it's becoming a real hassle to use this TV where it removes the joy from upgrading from a 32' to 50'.

I am having the same issue
Still no fix on this issue bar throwing the TV out the window and buying a new TV or perhaps putting a firestick on a fireTV which defeats the objective of having a fire TV

It's frustrating to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your TV. Technical glitches can be a real hassle, especially when it comes to streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, which are such popular platforms.
Regarding the color distortion and wireless connection drops, it's strange that they occur despite the TV being near the router. Have you tried reaching out to the manufacturer's support team for assistance? They might be able to provide some troubleshooting steps or insights to resolve these issues.
