Using a Roku 4K stick. I've read all of the previous posts, can Roku provide a detailed analysis of what the hardware issue is and not the typical control-alt-delete fix?
Better to address the issue head on and let the users know they are doing about a software/hardware fix?
Many years ago Roku used to be very problem free, now it's a very unstable platform that requires constant tech support from myself to my wife. A real PITA!
Hi @dbb01,
A warm welcome to the Roku Community!
We're sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused; that's not what we aim for. Have you tried contacting Samsung support yet to inquire further? We'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
You can reach them here: Samsung Support.
We appreciate your understanding.
All the best,
Chel

I’m having the same issue and my Roku is less than a month old. This is ridiculous honestly. Nothing I’ve tried has worked besides leaving it off for multiple days and then coming back to it. YouTube and crunchy roll are what I was trying to watch things on, for some reason Netflix is unaffected.
