We just installed our new 65 inch Roku tv. We have many vertical lines running up the right and left sides of the screen. We have tried unplugging, resetting the picture settings and doing a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Should we take it back?

Unless there is some fix regarding the settings that I don't know about, it sounds like it is possibly defective, I would return and exchange it if you were still within the return window.
