We understand you're having a problem with the volume of your Roku TV since it will go up to the maximum volume. We're happy to assist you further. Can you please check on your Roku remote to see if there is a stuck button that you're seeing? Have you tried performing a system restart on your Roku TV by going to settings, system, power, and system restart? Is this happening on all contents and channels, or is it isolated? (Specify)

We appreciate the additional details and the steps you took to resolve the issue.
To confirm, does the issue only occur on a specific channel while streaming or all the channels installed on your Roku device? Also, have you ensured that your Roku remote's UP button is not stuck?
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend restarting your TCL Roku TV from the settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Powersubmenu, skip to the next step).

Hi my tv suddenly started doing the same exact thing!!! There are no obstructions, the remote has / had/ and does not work to control the volume at all!!! Please provide a remedy as this seem like a tv defect tvs are too expensive for this inconvenience

Re: Audio stuck at playing max volume at each volume level
Owner of TCL Roku tv
Tv is currently uncontrollable from increasing to max volume. I can only control the volume from the bottom, however when pressing the down button, the volume simply increases back up. When pressing the menu button from the bottom, the screen simply flashes back-and-forth through the menu options on the side of the screen.(as is the UP option is stuck) Please note that TV started doing this approximately 1/2 times within a week span and within that same week the TV is now continuously increasing to the max volume. I am currently controlling the TV by turning the sound off for the menu options, via the Roku app and using the headphone option to listen to the TV from my phone. (as if I am in a hospital )
I’ve tried the following:
Resetting TV. Cutting off TV. Changing remotes batteries. Unplugging Vacuuming ports of TV. I’m simply all out of options.?! Please help!
