connecting tv to power amp, t rca audio out puts on the back of the tv next to the

there appear to be rca sudio outputs adjacent to the HDMI ports on the back of the tv but when I connect them to the aux input on my amp there is no audio signal

Are you certain those aren't inputs to connect something like a VCR to the TV?
