Can you please tell us the behavior of the Roku TVs? Does it occur during start-up, when you're on the Roku Home screen, or during streaming?

Our tv just keeps on restarting in all the situations includes
1. when we turn on the TV
2. When we are on the Home Screen
3. Even when we are streaming/watching content.
and restart time is not fixed, sometime it restart in 2 min sometime in 4. Its really annoying and disturbing

It sounds like you're having a tough time with the Roku TV stuck in a recovery mode update loop. I've had similar issues before, and sometimes a hard reset or checking the network connection can help. Have you tried using a shutter reset or contacting Roku support for further assistance?
I can’t follow your instructions because it won’t stay on long enough to get to settings
@Wandam It is possible it is a power issue or control board issue. Try unplugging the TV for a couple minutes and see if that helps. How old is the TV? What brand and model?
