Acorn Streaming App Episodes Unavailable

Jump to solution

I can only access episodes 1-6, Season 16, of Murdoch Mysteries. All other episodes say "no providers found". Any suggestions?

Hi @Vicg,

Welcome to the Roku Community!
We are happy to help get your Acorn TV app back up and running. The channel provider built and maintained each channel on the Roku platform.

Try the troubleshooting steps listed below:

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Navigate to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

You can also reach Acorn TV support directly here for further questions.

Please keep us posted.

Best regards,

Chel
