I have 2 brand new simple remotes, brand new batteries, but I can’t get the remotes to control the Roku. The remote lights up using my cell phone camera so I know the batteries are good. I can’t use the app because I got a new internet provider and need to connect to the new wifi. Please help me! I’ve tried everything!

What model of Roku do you have?  Stick models will not work with simple remotes.

Also, an easy way to get a Roku, and everything else, moved over to a new internet provider is to use the same SSID and password at the new router.  Then devices will just reconnect as if nothing happened.
