hi i just got my subscription paid and now i can't seem to get past the get started screen. i have signed in only choices I have is "get started," "sign out," and "watch free episodes" can anyone please help me thanks

If the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support page here do not work, we'll need a backup from the channel team. We suggest reporting this case to them for further assistance. The channel team handles and manages most of the channels on Roku directly.

Have you tried signing out, then signing back in with the credentials you established for your subscription?
yes multiple times and still same thing
And you're sure you are logging in with the credentials you established with Paramount+, not the ones for your Roku account (if they aren't the same)?
yes it says that i am signed in to paramount+
