Same thing happening to me for what ever I type in I get no search resuelta even if it’s on the recommended
I was just about to make a post complaining but it's working now. Very frustrating because I just got a new streaming stick tonight, was setting it up and I spent an hour trying to troubleshoot the search issue. Anyways the issue is fixed it seems.

Thank you for sending these tips! I had tried option 1 factory reset a couple times to no avail, but in the next attempt it worked!! It is a mystery but ok! I am saving your reply though, for possible future need. Thank you again.
Anyone having this error currently? Nothing was playing on Paramount. I deleted. Went to redownload, and the search does not bring up anything.

We understand that you are not getting any results when you try to search Paramount Plus to add it to your Roku home screen. We would be more than happy to sort this our for you.
We suggest you add the Paramount Plus app using the Roku mobile app. Install the Roku mobile app on your phone, log in with your Roku account, and follow the steps below.
If the app is still missing from your Roku device after adding it through the Roku mobile app, go to Settings > System > System update > Check now on the Roku device.

Nothing you are suggesting is working. Roku is an absolute joke. No tech support, no phone support, and half the time this doesn't even work! I type one single letter, and it tells me there's no matches. C'mon!!! Typing the letter M should yield dozens of results, so I know something is seriously wrong! I haven't even gotten to my real search yet!
